Abstract

With the hospitality and tourism market saturated and competitive, combined with the rapidly advancing technology, customers can now easily access products/services from all over the world. Providing top quality products and excellent services can no longer guarantee success and sustainability. The market situation requires constant creation and supply of innovative products and services.

This unique book is a collection of students’ innovative, inventive and creative ideas for products/services with commercialization potential, developed for the Hospitality and Tourism Innovation Invention and Creativity Competition. It is with hope that this competition event not only would bring about awareness and cultivate interest but would also encourage, stimulate and motivate students to invest more in innovating, inventing and creating, which is undoubtedly an invaluable resource for academics, professionals, practitioners as well as researchers working in the field of hospitality and tourism.
