Abstract

Effectiveness of the educating program is depend on the influences that the individual or an organization can manage to attract the employers' in making the ways to contribute with the Social Security Organization (SOCSO) on the schemes that provide by them. The purpose of doing this research is to enhance and detach the weaknesses of the educating program that SOCSO provide in order to make the employers more aware of the SOCSO Act and the important of making the contribution for their employees. In chapter one, it will overview the background of SOCSO itself including the ways that SOCSO used in educating the employers, it also include the types of schemes which include in the Contribution part. In chapter two, the several literature reviews will relate to this study. Under the chapter three, it is more towards the method that the researcher used in order to get the findings and data to analyze by the researcher. In chapter four the findings will be presented and analyze by the researcher including the table and figure for more clear explanation. Finally under chapter six and seven, the overall conclusion and recommendation will be made by the researcher according to the findings and the data that researcher have been analyzed before.
