Industrial training report: Raudhah Capital Group Sdn Bhd (RCG)

This report is about my 6 months experience internship at Raudhah Capital Group Sdn Bhd (RCG) at Kuala Terengganu. Raudhah Capital Group is one of the healthcare companies which specialize in providing Business Consultancy Service Management. I have been assigned under HR department with my supervisor also HR at RCG, Puan Mimihasmida Binti Yusof. I can say that it is such a wonderful journey and challenging journey for me where I cannot believe I can make it until my last day of internship. Since I am a Human Resources student, I did lots of work under HR scope such as preparing letters and joining interviews. I can say that it is not easy to adapt to this situation since my HR put a lot of expectation on me but until my last day, I believe I already give my best for the company. To become an HR student is not easy same goes to carry HR tasks. I have learnt a lot of things from the company which not only focused on HR but other departments also. Although sometimes I am always facing some problems during my internship works, I manage to control and settle it very well. I am sure that I have done all my works very great and give my all efforts also handworks during this internship. This report also consists of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) and political, economic, social, technological, environmental, and legal (PESTEL) in the company. I made the elaboration based on what I have been analyses from the company. I have also included the SWOT matrix that I made with the recommendation for the company should improve. There are a lot of benefits that I have received throughout this memorable journey. It has increased my confidence to face my work life in the future. In addition, it is such a huge opportunity to acknowledge new networking and work as trainee in Human Resources department. I took this industrial training as a learning and assessment tool for my future.
