Industrial training report: Robert Bosch Penang / Muhammad Azim Ahmad Sabri

One of the core courses under the Bachelor of Business Administration (Finance) program offered by Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) is MGT666 Industrial Training. This course provides a temporary position in a working environment for a minimum duration of twentyfour weeks at Robert Bosch Penang. As a leader in engineering and technology, Robert Bosch has diverse operations in Malaysia, ranging from empowering power tools to guiding steering systems. The program aims not only for skill development but also to bridge the gap between theory and practice, refining communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment. It's an opportunity to explore potential career paths, with each department offering a future waiting to be explored. During my internship at Robert Bosch Penang, I was assigned to the organization division to work on the Free Trade Agreement (FTA) application. I gained valuable insights into the finance field and acquired proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SAP. Beyond the work responsibilities, I had the chance to interact with incredible individuals and learn extensively from them. Robert Bosch provides an excellent platform for trainees to develop and gain exposure to real business situations. I have joined the main event called (LEAN AFTER LEAN) as a volunteer to help them to make sure the program is going smoothly. The program includes various activities and events designed to keep us updated on the current business landscape. In conclusion, this report outlines my twenty-four-week industrial training as a part of the Robert Bosch staff in the organization division. I trust that this report meets the required prerequisites.
