Industrial training report: Kemuncak Lanai Sdn Bhd (KLSB) / Nur Athirah Roslan

All final year students must enrol in the course called Industrial Training (HRM666) which is compulsory by the Faculty of Business Administration at Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) to ensure they gain a pre-professional job experience. Students must finish twenty-four weeks or six months of industrial training in a selected organisation in order to complete the course’s requirements.
Once students have gotten their industrial training placement, they are encouraged to participate in any events and fulfil any obligations as a part of their experience while undergoing the industrial training. Hence, students will be able to show their skills and prepare them for a real working environment in the future.
Therefore, this internship report is based on a six-month internship program that have been completed at Kemuncak Lanai Sdn Bhd (KLSB) from 1 September 2023 to 9 February 2024. The experiences gained while completing my industrial training were useful for my future career path. Other than that, in this industrial report, it consists of identified issues in the company and as a student undergoing industrial training, I have managed to gather and identify the insight of issues in the operation of a business organization specifically in oil and gas industry.
