Industrial training report: Kamaya Electric (M) Sdn Bhd / Husna Ayuni Hamdan

My delightful memories of 6-month industrial training began here at Kamaya Electric (M) Sdn. Bhd. In this industrial training report, it consists the work experience and knowledge that I have gained as an intern at Kamaya Electric (M) Sdn. Bhd. My industrial training begins on September 1, 2023 and ends in February 9, 2024. The main purpose of this internship is to get practical experience in administration and human resource management and apply theoretical information obtained during academic studies to real-life situations. This report consists several sections comprising executive summary, student’s profile, company profile, training reflection, PESTEL analysis, SWOT analysis, recommendation and discussion. I will begin by sharing my profile through resume attached. Next, I will then go into further on company profile which contain the detail and information of the company. It consists the name, location, background of company, vision, mission, objectives, goal of the company, company organizational structure and product offered. Furthermore, in the next section, I will cover training reflection and go into depth about my industrial training, including its duration, details on my department, duties and responsibilities, tasks and benefits that I gain during my internship in this company. Moreover, the most important component of this report as I need to carry out a SWOT analysis and PESTEL analysis as a strategic management method used to evaluate and comprehend the internal and external environments of the company. Furthermore, in the discussion and recommendation’s part I will go through with the SWOT matrix strategies. Finally, this industrial training report ends with the conclusion of the overall knowledge and learning I gained throughout my internship with Kamaya Electric (M) Sdn. Bhd.
