INA638: Professional Practice / College of Built Environment

This subject is designed to provide the student with a preparation for professional design practice, from design brief to construction stage. The module will further build upon the student’s experience of project management delivered within design project modules and will cover the main areas of professional practice, which include: Management of a construction project, needs of the client, administration of contract and the impact of projects on the management of a practice.
