Abstract
This study examines the effect of job stress on job performance among employees in selected organization. The study covered sample of 370 respondents drawn from all employees in Notion Venture Sdn. Bhd. The sample was selected trough the census method. Primary data was collected through the use of questionnaires. Data analysis that have been used in this research study are Pearson Correlation Analysis and Multiple Regression Analysis. From the findings of Pearson Correlation Analysis, only three independent variables (role conflict and ambiguity, work relationship, and work overload) are significantly related to job performance and another independent variable which is work environment is not significantly related to job performance. In addition, work relationship is the most variable that related to job performance. Finally, the most important independent variable in the regression model was work relationship as it had the highest Beta value of 0.634. The study found out that job stress affects job performance among employees in Notion Venture Sdn. Bhd. where both independent and dependent variables move in the same direction.
