Abstract

This paper examines the factors influence Job Stress among administration staff in Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka in the year 2017. The Job Stress factors has been examined under this study which are Job Demand, Workload Pressure and Role Conflict. The sample consist of a Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka administrative staffs limited to Chancellery building with using convenience sampling technique. 110 questionnaire was distributed from 5 May 2017 to 16 June 2017. The result shows there is a significant relationship between Job Stress factors (Job Demand, Workload Pressure and Role Conflict) and Job Stress.
