HRM750: Employment Relations / Faculty of Business Management

This course examines the employment relationship and how it is maintained within work organizations, both individually and collectively. The key employment laws which provide a framework for this relationship will be examined. The course will explore the main issues relating to employment, including the rights of employers, employees, women, children and foreign workers and the options available to solve the problems that arise out of these issues.
