Industrial training report: insurance agency OSI / Maria Nur Hajar Jusnizan

This report summarizes my internship program as required for a Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) in Finance at UiTM Arau, Perlis. My internship period is from 12th August 2022 to 10th February 2022. I successfully completed this internship as a general administration clerk in OSI Nurul Agency – AIA Public Takaful at Seri Manjung, Perak. I have a great experience during this internship with help from the Unit Manager and other staff from beginning to end. I was responsible for key in customer information and doing quotations, filling requirements forms, submitting customer cases and surrender, dealing with customer car insurance orders and being a runner for road tax, attending workshops and training, updating the sales production board, and marketing advertising in social media platforms. Moreover, based on the company operation I gain a better understanding of SWOT and PESTEL analysis.
