Industrial training report: Mega Idea Engineering and Services Sdn. Bhd. / Muhammad Saiful Annuar Azizan

To fulfil a requirement by the University Teknologi Mara Kampus Arau, Perlis, the entire report aims to represent my industrial training process over the course of this 24-week timeframe that I finished at Mega Idea Engineering and Services Sdn. Bhd. The major goal of this industrial training is for the students to learn more and gain practical experience while carrying out the task assigned by the company, while also developing their talents by adjusting to the provided operation. Mrs. Hazwani Nabila Binti Hussin and Mr. Muhammad Syukri Amin Bin Harun, who serve as my training supervisor during the six-month duration of my industrial training, are in charge of it. My supervisors really play an important role in guiding me doing my tasks. Their direction, patience, and communication skills are very helpful to me as I work to complete my daily chores, which include compiling claim bills, sending out invoices, placing purchase orders, providing quotes, etc. My experience as an intern at this organization will be explained in greater detail in this Industrial Training Report. I was given a job with the reconciling teams within the Administrative Departments. This report is divided into numerous sections, some of which include the company's history and background information as well as information about its services. The background of my profile, the profile of the firm, a reflection on my training, a SWOT analysis, discussions, recommendations, and a conclusion are all included in this industrial report. This report will include an outline of my performance throughout my industrial training as well as an evaluation performance of Mega Idea Engineering and Services SDN. BHD. and some discussion and recommendation for their future development.
