Industrial training report: Venture Electronics Services Sdn Bhd / Muhamad Sufi Imran Izhar

MGT666, the code for Internship subject, is a compulsory requirement for all students enrolled in this UiTM's Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons.) Finance (BA242) course. Regarding the subject, this industrial training taken place and was completed in a manufacturing industry in Bayan Lepas, Venture Electronics Services Sdn Bhd. The industrial training took place for a period of 24 weeks, beginning on August 29, 2022, and ending on February 10, 2023. I've decided to complete the internship course in order to take advantage of the wonderful opportunities to apply my theories and knowledge in a real-world working environment. Through learning at university, I learnt more on theories but by completing this internship, I acquired the practically approach on dealing with actual world.
The first section of this paper goes over the organizational details of Venture Electronics Services Sdn. Bhd., such as its background, vision, and mission, as well as its organizational structure. It is then followed by a comprehensive SWOT Analysis of the organization to determine its internal and external critical components, as well as its advantages and disadvantages. It should also be noted that the opportunities and threats identified for Venture Electronics Services Sdn. Bhd. were developed from a PESTEL framework. This report also covered various recommendations that were regarded practical and helpful for further exploiting the strengths and possibilities, as well as addressing the flaws and threats that require immediate and viable corrective steps.
