Abstract
This research paper is to carry out “Financial Literacy among Employees at AIA Shamelin Business Center, Kuala Lumpur”. The objectives of this research are to determine the relationship between the financial literacy with three factors, that is, the financial education, the financial behavior, and the financial management. In this research, the convenience sampling technique been used in order to get data that are required. The population of this research is managerial employee of AIA Shamelin Business Center, Kuala Lumpur. 110 respondents been given this questionnaire and have return it back. All the data collected were analyzed systematically by Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS). The conclusion of this research is financial behavior and financial management has a significant relationship with financial literacy. However, the financial management is the most influence factor based on the finding. Some of the recommendation are the future researcher can use other variables in order to get more accurate and reliable data or they also can use this variable in other company because maybe this factor will show strong relationship compared with AIA Shamelin Business Center.
