Abstract

The Corporate Communication Unit’s strength is good work environment. This can contribute to employees' overall satisfaction. In order to maintain and further cultivate a positive working environment, learning and development opportunities should be made available by employers. The Corporate Communication Unit as a well-prepared organization has implemented preventative and proactive steps, as well as strategic ones, in order to foresee and effectively respond to a variety of difficulties, risks, and uncertainties. Ineffective communication is possible to occur even in organizations that have taken enough preparations. Therefore, post-mortem meeting is essential to minimize ineffective communication by providing a structured and open forum to discuss communication issues and identify potential solutions. The organization’s weakness is unsustainable paper usage. It refers to the excessive and inefficient use of paper in an organization's operations and practises, which has a negative economic impact. The issue can be solved by encouraging the use of digital and electronic systems and also the recycling programs. The issue of unsystematic letter management can also be solved by utilizing Electronic Document Management System (EDMS). As an organization with good reputation, The Corporate Communication Unit are respected, trusted, and admired by its stakeholders. Organizations should thus cultivate good connections with stakeholders to maintain the positive reputation. Also, collaborating with other organizations can lead to a variety of advantages. Through collaboration, companies are able to pool their resources, experience, and information in order to accomplish shared objectives. Industry-university collaboration (IUC) is a great opportunity because it can reduce the gap that exists between the academic world and the business world by capitalizing on the relative capabilities of both sectors to accelerate innovation, research achievements, and economic progress. However, excessive education institutions may have a negative impact on the overall quality of the education that is offered. Therefore, interesting courses or programs should be offered and also keeping the fees at low level can attract students. The organization's event program was not well received by the surrounding community. Therefore, organizations should establish a complete marketing strategy that includes both online and offline media to assist raise knowledge about the program's offers and advantages. By understanding these factors, organizations can develop strategies to leverage their strengths, address their weaknesses, capitalize on opportunities, and mitigate or avoid threats.
