Abstract

Here at Kumpulan Wang Simpanan Pekerja (KWSP) or The Employees ProvidentFund (EPF) in Parit Buntar, Perak, my incredible six-month on-the-job training (OJT)began. I decided to complete the internship component of my bachelor's degreeat this company. The one of the branches of the organization was the KWSP ParitBuntar office. The headquarters of Kumpulan Wang Simpanan Pekerja (KWSP) aresituated in Bangunan KWSP, Jalan Raja Laut, Kuala Lumpur.
One of the oldest and largest retirement funds in the world was established in 1951and is called the Employees Provident Fund (EPF). Its goal has been to act as asocial security agency that primarily offers retirement benefits to Malaysian workersin the private sector and those without pensions. The Employees Provident Fund(EPF), which helps to ensure the financial future of the majority of Malaysians or theirheirs, has built a solid reputation as a trustworthy and efficient trustee of itsmembers' retirement savings over the years, which provides resources for membersin the event of retirement, death, disability, or medical care as well as aids in theacquisition of homes and further education.
I work primarily in the customer service and retirement advisory servicedepartments. RAS is an element of EPF's long-term objectives to improve servicedelivery and help members, especially those who are about to or have recentlyretired, achieve a sustainable retirement.
Guidelines and other options will be made available to members to help themmanage and increase their EPF funds. RAS also provides educational and outreachinitiatives on fundamental budgeting and retirement planning.
Along with administrative tasks, I have worked in customer service, helping EPFmembers and providing them with in-depth information. I was also in charge ofdelivering the monthly statistics to the central office. My ability to recognize thecompany's strengths, weaknesses opportunities, and threats is made easier by myknowledge. The results of my SWOT analysis show that the organization has a lot ofstrengths already, but there is still room for growth. I also offer a few ideas on howEPF may develop in the future to keep its competitive edge.
