Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the effects of job satisfaction on turnover intention at Venture GES Manufacturing (M) Sdn Bhd This research is a quantitative research which had used the questionnaire as the instrument for the collection of data. The data was collected and viable at 100% percentage out of the possible 148 respondents, all respondents take part in this research. Sample selection was based on simple random sampling method. The data collected was then evaluated by using Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) Version 25 Software. Using SPSS, numerous test were converged such as reliability analysis, frequency distribution, descriptive analysis, Pearson’s correlation analysis and multiple regression. The results indicated that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use are related to employee performance.
