Maybank Changlun Kedah branch / Nor Sazriana Jeffry

This report details my industrial training experience,which I undertook in the Maybank Changlun Kedah branchbetween March 1 and August 15, 2023. This industrialtraining must be taken by all students before completingtheir Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) inFinance. During the internship program, I experienced newtasks and a new work culture. During the six months, it wasundoubtedly a nice experience to be able to gain newskills from this organization that would benefit me in myfuture employment.
Furthermore, sweet memories were also created when Iwas there. All staff always give motivated support andgive me a hand when I need help. As an intern student atthe Maybank Changlun Kedah branch, I was assigned tothe CFS—Community Distribution. My responsibilities areto assist clients, encourage people to buy our product,and handle daily customer difficulties. Besides, my workincludes aiding in additional ad-hoc assignments asnecessary by the head of the department to supportoperations, such as completing and other documentation.I also work as a salesperson. I will persuade and sellproducts and services to customers, such as investmentproducts and insurance products.
My profession has given me expansive knowledge of thebanking and financing industries. This department alsooffered me professional experience by sharing theirindustry knowledge. In summary, my internship has beenan enriching experience because I have a supportive andfriendly supervisor as well as pleasant coworkers. It givesme great pleasure to offer Maybank Changlun as a viableinternship site.
