Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between technology acceptances toward attitude of work performance at Akademi Maritim Sultan Ahmad Shah (AMSAS). The employees' technology acceptance was measured the attitude through three main elements which is user interface, perceived ease of use and social influences. The element of user interface are about the design of that technology either easy to understand to used or not. Whereby, the second element is perceived ease of used which is when using the technology, the user do not have to put greater effort on work and the last element is social influence which is the factors of user to using the technology either from colleague, environment, ability or others. The respondents for this study were 60 employees at Akademi Maritim Sultan Ahmad Shah (AMSAS). In order to perform the statistical analysis, Statistical Packages for the Social Science (SPSS) version 20.0 was used. All 60 questionnaires distributed were returned. The research question and hypothesis has been tested. The findings concluded that there is a relationship between technology acceptances of attitude toward work performances. For recommendations, the researcher suggested to widen the methods of data analysis. Besides that, the researcher also suggested to increase the number of respondent, to generalize the findings. Moreover, the researcher also further suggested that the research would look at a wider scope on the technology concept.
