Abstract
The purpose of this project paper is to analyse the problems faced by cardholders in Malaysia. In connection with this study, the project paper can be
subdivided into five chapters that cover the entire study. The first chapter contains the introduction of credit cards, the objective of the study, the scope and limitation of the research and also explains the methodology used. Later in chapter two gives the opinions and views by various persons on the credit card industry.
