TXD114: Basic Textile Design / College of Creative Arts

This course is designed to enhance student’s proficiency to produce and present their skills in order to prepare them for the project work which shows their achievement in basic textile design through the acquisition of basic knowledge, understanding, skills, value and attitudes. Students are prepared for to identify the knowledge and understanding of the performance of basic textile design. They will learn to build their confidence by practice the skills in experimentation with a range of their project with the knowledge of personal creativity in producing artwork. This course can guide the student to produce the artwork with their original ideas through creative artwork. Opportunities exist for student to reflect on their progress towords the achievement of the syllabus outcomes.
