Abstract

The reason of this study is to look into how migrant workers' demographics, work environment, and socio-culture may affect how satisfied they are with their jobs in Batang Saribas Bridge No. 2 Project in Maludam, Sarawak. The study was done at the Batang Saribas Bridge No. 2 Project in Maludam, Sarawak. It was a poll with 23 questions that the migrants were answering. A literature study was done to look at information about variables that are independent and dependent. According to the results, these things might have an effect on how job satisfaction might influence
the migrants with theirjobs based on the independent variables. This research found that the migrant workers' job happiness at the Batang Saribas Bridge No. 2 Project in Maludam, Sarawak was not greatly affected by their demographics, work environment, or socio-culture background.
