Research on employability skills among youths in Sri Aman Division that attend Jelajah Belia Sarawak @ Sri Aman program / Fyrallina Dondon Ramsay

The purposes of the study was to detem1ined the average level of awareness of youths on unemployment issues in Malaysia, to identify the most employability skill that youths have and to investigate the relationship between employability skills and education level. The study was conducted in August 2023 until September 2023 using quantitative analysis. The result of the study revealed three important findings which are on the level of awareness of youths on unemployment issues in Malaysia, the relationship between education level and employability skills and the dominant employability skill that youths have.
