Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of incentive given towards performance of employees. Another objective is to determine the relationship between the incentives with employee performance. The individual incentive consists of bonus, merit pay, incentive awards and standard hour plan. The data was collected by distributed the questionnaire to the employees of Pejabat Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Perak that involved male and female respondent. By using the SPSS, data gathered was processes and produce the table of result. The result then was including into these research. The results of the study indicated that there was a relationship for all variables toward employee's performance. However the relationship between all variables and job performance is weak. The limitation of the study is involved in four departments and the sample only involved 70 people. The result show organizational support gives a most affect toward employee's performance in Pejabat Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Perak.
