FWC542 : Playwriting / Faculty of Film, Theatre and Animation

This course will give students the tools and strategies to jump start the imagination towards creating meaningful creative works, specifically a theatre performance. The emphasis will be on developing student’s script writing skills for the stage from creating the story idea, developing the plot and characters, until a complete theatre script is produced. By the end of the semester, in groups, students must produce a 50-60 page full-length theatre script.
