FWC531 : Textual analysis and criticism / Faculty of Film, Theatre and Animation

The course will focus on a range of schools and methods of criticism which will be examined historically and contextualized within larger critical conversations developed over time through the reading of different literary representations. The purpose of this course is not just to enhance the interpretive and analytical proficiency of the students but more importantly to generate a dialogic engagement of the process of creative writing with a range of social and cultural discursive formations.
