Abstract
Students enrolling in MGT666 at UiTM for the sixth semester are required to undergo a six-month industrial training programme with an approved employer. Pantai Hospital Ayer Keroh was the first stop on my amazing 24-week industrial training in Malaysia. I choose to work here because it is a reputable organisation, it's conveniently located near my home, and I relish the opportunity to test my skills in a new setting. As a student majoring in Finance, I was placed in the Finance Department, where I could put what I had learnt in the classroom into practise alongside professionals in the area. This report was written in part to fulfil an internship requirement and to showcase my work, contributions, and development as an intern. In addition, this report compiles all the important work 1did over my internship's 24 weeks. Ln addition, I was tasked with analyzing the company's SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) and coming up with a plan to counteract any negative influences. This report is the result of my application of numerous business and management skills I've learnt during the course of my academic career, with extensive usage of reputable sources for support.
