Machang Land and Colonial Office in Kelantan / Fareena Nasruddin

This report is about the Industrial Training that was carried out for six months, which is from 1st March 2023 until 15th August 2023, equivalent to 24 weeks at the Machang Land and Colonial Office in Kelantan. This report involves many parts. One of the contents in it is the students’ profile which consists of my resume with the necessary details such as biodata, educational background, work experiences, skills, achievements, and references. Other than that, this report contains the company's profile which tells about the logo, address, vision, mission, objectives, organizational structure, and services found in the office. Next, it is followed by the tasks and responsibilities carried out by me as a trainee in the office. There are also benefits discussed in this report. The benefits discussed are in terms of skills, knowledge, experience, and allowance at the Machang Land and Colonial Office. In addition, the SWOT for this office, such as Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats are also written in this report. It is also accompanied by recommendations that can be made from the studied SWOT. Industrial Training can help improve a student in terms of knowledge, skills, and experience. Students' soft skills will also improve, for example, in terms of communication, time management, and problem-solving skills because they will deal with the staff and customers as part of their daily routine. In addition, Industrial Training is also a starting point for students to know the real world of work and experience it by themselves. This can improve students in terms of their skills which will be used and applied in the real world of work. It is very important for all students to undergo Industrial Training for their own sake.
