The awareness of lean management's values towards employee's productivity at IPD Temerloh / Nor Aslinda Othman

The following research describes an overview about the awareness of Lean Management's values toward employee's productivity Ibu Pejabat Polis (IPD) Daerah Temerloh. Briefly, this researcher has documented what was done during the 4 months of industrial training at IPD Daerah Temerloh. This research studies about the awareness of three (3) techniques of Lean Management which are Just-In-Time, Poka Yoke and Kaizen under the supervision of En. Arifi B. Ridzuan, Industrial Training Coordinator, UiTM, Pahang. During these 4 months of Industrial Training the researcher has been exposed into different kind of work situation concept of management and environments which actually give a great experience gained and able to collect valuable data for documented in this research in order to examined the finding that has been got by the survey.
