Besides, this report also emphasis the major goals of the internship, the work completed, and the skills gained in training’s reflection part.
In this report, I have analyzed SWOT analysis for Puncak Niaga Holdings Berhad by observing and having hands on experience by serving as an intern at the company. Businesses can acquire a full understanding of their internal strengths and weaknesses, as well as external possibilities and threats, by completing a SWOT analysis. This research lays the groundwork for strategic decision-making, allowing firms to capitalize on their strengths, rectify their shortcomings, grasp opportunities, and reduce threats.
