FMP531 : Talent and logistic management / College of Creative Arts

This course will expose the student to follow and identify a comprehensive and complete understanding of talent management in film production. Throughout the duration of term, student will be provided by the case studies of various talent and logistic management procedures for effectives long learning outcome. By the end of the course, the students will understand the important aspects of selecting and managing talent for film production and learn to organize and adapt the mechanisms involved in executing talent management and its application to the movie business.
