Condition assessment of Police District Headquarters in Selangor / Fazreena Abdul Karim

This dissertation discusses the defects happened in the government buildings in Malaysia which is in the Police District Headquarters. The building was known to be built in 1920’s and it was only used up until 2010 as there was not much maintenance program done to those buildings. The important factor of building inspection at government buildings is to ensure the safety of building occupants during their working hours and also to ensure the long-term building performance.
