Abstract
The purpose of this course is to introduce National Land Code 1965 as the principal land law applicable in Malaysia. The emphasis is on the registration of document of title, categories of land use, procedure for sub-division, partition and amalgamation of land, and also on the different type of land dealing. The course also introduce the Strata Title Act 1985 with provision regarding mulit-storey development.
