Abstract
The student will be given a detailed knowledge and understanding of pre-contract documentation, tendering process and forms of building contracts. Students will also be given a detailed understanding of the property market and the factors influencing it, and of the techniques available for guiding property investment decisions to a level which will enable an assessment of the appropriateness of their application and potential efficacy.
