CRG520: Business ethics and corporate governance / Faculty of Accountancy

The course provides an understanding of the underlying ethical theories and philosophies, and values in individual, organizational, professional and society setting. The focus will be on the practical developments of skills and competence needed through the application of relevant knowledge to deal with ethical issues so as to be able to conduct one self ethically at all times. The application of these ethical principles is best discussed within the framework of good practice of corporate governance.
