Abstract
This course deals with the process and procedure in the preparation of a Special Area Plan within the current administrative, regulations, and legal context of development in line with statutory requirement of the Town and Country Planning Act 1976 (Act 172), the Town and Country Planning (Amendment) Act 1995 (Act A933), and the Town and Country Planning (Amendment) Act 2001 (Act 1129).
