An internship or on-the-job training in sectors linked to our academic degree and practical training ground for student to get real-world experience, Workplace skills, and a sense of responsibility in handling responsibilities given to them by the employer. It would improve the task-related knowledge, abilities and attitudes to make it success. As a result, I have successfully finished this Industrial Training Report at the company I have worked for, Tamco Switchgear (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd which is located in Seksyen 7 Shah Alam and part of the financial and administrative department. I started working for this organization in March 2023 because in my opinion, it is the ideal location to begin a career and enhance your talents. In order to meet all the needs of its worker's professional and private lives, Tamco provides a comprehensive, market competitive salary and benefits package. Depending on the situation and the function, this could change. Tam co Switchgear (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is an established manufacturer of medium and low voltage switchgear.
