Abstract

The employee satisfaction has become one of the popular areas of discussion in the field of management, psychology and especially in organizational behavior and human resource management. Employee’ satisfaction can be a challenge for an organization to handle. It is extremely necessary for the management to look into the welfare and well-being of their Employee. There are many factors that can affect employee’ satisfaction, that are in term of monetary or non-monetary. Organizational rewards system and employee’ satisfaction is seen as an interrelated component in an organization. Organizational rewards are known to help an organization boost the employees’ motivation thus leading to employees’ satisfaction.
