The summary of the report is about my journey and experiences throughout training at Agensi Pekerjaan LHC (L&H Group) within six months. This assessment documents the Agensi Pekerjaan LHC's business activities, job tasks every day, challenges, benefits gained, and others. The introduction of this report is about the student profiles that have been consulted with HR of Agensi Pekerjaan LHC, and the company profile consists of background, location, vision and mission, organizational chart, and products and services that the company is providing. The report also contains the SWOT analysis that may be observed during the internship. Every subtopic may include two (2) points from the SWOT. Strengths and weaknesses are internal factors in the business, while opportunities and threats are external factors that may happen in the future. All the analysis will summarize and conclude the best strategies and recommendations to make the business more successful and have a positive impact if they implement the strategies. Lastly, my conclusion is to conclude my internship journey according to the training’s reflection and SWOT analysis
