AMES Hotel / Muhammad Afif Nazhan Aiza

This report is a summary of my experiences gained throughout my internship training at the AMES Hotel, which lasted for five and a half months. The completion of my industrial training here at the organization has provided me with a number of benefits. Aside from that, I am able to study about and gain an understanding of the company's products and services while also getting experience in actual working environments. I was able to conduct a SWOT analysis of the organization throughout my internship there, which lasted for a total of six months. The organization will be able to improve its weaknesses and threats as well as capitalize on its strengths and opportunities if it does a SWOT analysis and examines the results. In addition, the business may choose to take the necessary steps to confront its rivals in order to improve its chances of becoming successful. It is essential for a firm to determine its competitive edge in order to determine which of its services and products it produces better than those of its competitors. The corporation is aware of both the internal and external advantages it possesses, as well as the challenges it faces when competing with other businesses. Particularly after the pandemic situations, the company has been affected more in terms of the productivity and operation of the company. This is especially true after the pandemic situations.
