This report details the activities I participated in throughout my 24 weeks of industrial training at OrangeBeam Construction Sdn Bhd. This report aims to demonstrate my industrial training process over the course of this 24-week period, including practical experiences such as interacting with a large number of people, adjusting to working in the real world of business, and acquiring information and skills for both professional and personal growth. My internship began on March 1, 2023, and I was assigned to Pn Roziana binti Abdul Rahman as my supervisor. During my internship, I am working in the accounting and financial department because it is the best fit for my university degree. OrangeBeam Construction has its headquarters in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. This report will cover my profile, the profile of the organization, my department, my tasks and responsibilities during the internship, and the advantages and experience that I obtained. Swot analysis is required in the report. I also included the swot analysis, as well as the discussion and recommendations for each issue. This report will also include a conclusion, references, and appendices. The SWOT analysis provides an overview of this organization. For example, this company's strength is that its departments work well together and in a pleasant environment. The problem included a personnel deficit, and they still employed manual methods of labor here. So, using these arguments, I can show how it works here in OrangeBeam Construction, where strength has a beneficial influence. Meanwhile, the weakness may be a flaw, but it may be overcome in a variety of ways.
