Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to study the relationship of employee’s punctuality and other three variable which are employee’s personality, job satisfaction and culture. A set of questionnaire adapted from several previous researchers with 5 point Likert scale to collect the data. Data is collected from an aircraft maintenance in Subang and 101 of respondents have answered the questionnaire and then it is analysed version using different tools in SPSS 20 version. It was found out that there are no relationship of employee’s punctuality with employee’s personality and culture. While there is a significant relationship between employee’s punctuality and job satisfaction The study were conducted only at one organization but have quiet huge number of respondents. So, there is a scope of further research by broaden to different industry. It will be a useful for educational Institutes, management and future researcher and any other practitioners.
