Malaysian Industry - Government Group for High Technology (MIGHT) / Diyana Mohd Zailani

This industrial training reports narrates my whole experience of doing internship at Malaysia Industry-Government Group for High Technology (MIGHT). The internship period are starting from 1st of March 2023 until 15th of August 2023. The end of my internship marks the end of my degree in Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons.) Marketing. I feel incredibly lucky to have the chance to work with wonderful coworkers and learn from wonderful people for the past six months, whom I hold up as role models for us all. As this is my first time, I can claim that having job experience with a respectable corporation is a significant step forward for my future career. Placed under the supervision of Datuk Dr, Mohd Yusoff Sulaiman, an successful and open-minded person has really helped me to achieve and become who I am today. Without the help and guidance from my kind-hearted advisor from UiTM, Madam Roszi Naszariah Nasni Binti Naseri, this report can be done completely. The Malaysian Industry Group High Technology (MIGHT) is a non-profit technology think tank under the purview of the Prime Minister's Department. In this report. I will explain more details on the company's profile and background, the service provided by this company. It will also contain the SWOT analysis of the company, where I will elaborate for each point. Lastly, I will propose the recommendations for the company's improvement in the future before concluding the whole report. In a nutshell, I enjoyed my internship journey and I have been expose with a lot of experience that I would not get elsewhere.
