I'd like to welcome the readers to my journey of practical training in the business. Internships are opportunities for practical training that give students the chance to gain experience in a field that is relevant to their field of study or area of career interest during the period of time that is allotted to them by their respective universities. During this time, the student receives a more well-rounded education that can be applied to the furtherance of their professional lives. To get their degree, students who are in their final year of the Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) in International Business are expected to complete a minimum of 24 weeks of industrial training in their area of study. This whole industrial report is based on my views and experiences gained while working as a practicum student at one of Malaysia's most prominent oil and gas companies. Every student who successfully completes the course will likely have a one-of-a-kind experience in the real world. Despite this, the actual training trip that I went on throughout my almost six-month employment will be covered in this report, and it will walk you through each of the most important parts of the organization. My incredible journey as a student participating in industrial training will be detailed in stages, starting with the history of the organization, followed by the SWOT analysis, the PESTLE analysis, analytical advancement suggestions, and the conclusion of the report.
