Abstract
The construction industry in Malaysia is growing at an incredible rate in tandem with the country's growth. Government and non-government organizations are doing excellent work to increase efficiency in the construction sector on a daily basis. Therefore, this report will discuss about the project approval application process. This report was conducted for the proposed of getting permissions from the appropriate authorities to guarantee that the development adheres to the requirements set out in the building laws, and specific phases of construction are examined by local authority officers in range of Kuala Selangor District. The objective of this report is to identify the procedures that have been undertaken during the process of approval, to determine the characteristics of the building plan requirement, and to investigate the status of approval. It will examine how inspections are conducted and how the OSC's meeting decisions are made until the submission of letters and approved plan given to the applicant. This report will also look at the progress of the work process flow in its entirety.
