Abstract
Green 5S is one of the plan that has been introduced by Malaysian government, SIRIM in order to develop green building in all Malaysian construction industry. This system helps resolving environmental pollution thus improving the productivity of staffs and maintaining the work efficiency in workplace by taking some corrective/preventive action. This report was conducted for the Perla apartment project in Ara Damansara, Selangor. The objective of this report is to investigate the methods on how the Green 5S Manual being implemented in construction site. By knowing the method of implementation, Green 5S can be practiced properly and delivered by everyone in the right way. To achieve the main objective of this report, document analysis, interview and observation are needed.
