Abstract

For this semester, all students that take Entrepreneurship 530 subject have to choose one product and sell the product to people. The purpose for this report was to analyses and observe the ability and credibility of the company or student on what kind of marketing strategy that they choose in order for them to enhance the customer trust and awareness regarding the product that they had sold. One of the famous tools that company used to attract and gain many customers is through social media which is Facebook and make them purchase product from the Superjai.cook Company. The product that made by us is Roti John. In addition, this report also reported on how frequently the company promoting and advertise their product in the social media especially Facebook. Facebook was chosen because many people nowadays including all ranges of ages that used Facebook. Each company required to post varieties of strategies to advertise the product to the public. In posting at the Facebook it includes the teasers, hard sells and also soft sells. This is because social media is a good way and things for engaging and interacting people that use this medium. The more the company communicated to the audience, the more chances company have of conversation and this will create two-way communication. Facebook allows users to connect with many of their friends at once through posts that go out to a set list of individuals; it allows them to keep up with their friends and connect directly with individuals through direct messaging. It also lets individuals connect with public figures and businesses. Facebook also provides many features of advertising. For sale group members can now choose the sell feature when creating a post. You can add a description to what you're selling, include a price and set a pick-up/delivery location. Sellers can also mark posts as available or Sold and easily view their catalogue of items previously sold. The most importantly, the company and customers are more probable to gain trust and loyalty to each other's
