Abstract
The purpose of this research was to find out the information about a study on IT courses towards work performance of OM221 graduates. As students of OM221 part 6, we want to find whether OM221 graduates are able in performing their job regarding to the IT subject that they had learned. The objective of this research were to identify the effectiveness of IT courses to OM221 graduates and also the effect of IT courses to OM221 graduates. Other that that, the study also needs to determine whether graduates are knowledgeable and will implemented what had they learned into work area. The limitations of this study were graduates from year 2005-2007 OM221. The finding was analyzed by using Statistical Package Social Science (SPSS) and also findings for the mean of data. The area that should be improved in the further, are the scope for the graduate student which have working experience and the number of respondents also should be increase.
