Abstract
This course exposes students to the basic principles and concepts of adaptation. Students are also introduce to various sources of ideas in adapting a story, namely film to film, TV to film, novel to film and short story to film. The issues to be adapted is also discussed. For the course, students are required to write a 15 to 20 minute script based on a short story.
