UiTM lectures’ perception towards academic and non-academic performance of UiTM/ Iraloritha Acho, Roshida Bujang& Syarmila Sarkawi

Academic level is a great importance that education has be the national development of the country. Academic performance level of students in Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) is precious to them in their life. That is why, the lecturers contribute to the students in teaching session which will help to increase the academic performance. Besides that, academic performance among students can also reflect the lecturers’ performance. The lecturers are the person, which will be asked first regarding the academic performance of their students' low performance in academic and non-
academic achievement. Students’ performance in class also reflected lecturers’ evaluation about the result that lecturers will get from feedback they will get from the students.
